Nate is a clinical practitioner with 20+ years of healthcare experience, leading staff development and as a practicing nurse for large California mental health hospitals and SNFs. Nate holds leadership position in acute-care and in-patient settings.
He leads enrichment and staff development programs for California’s most important providers. He’s worked with underserved communities and is a relied-on source to writing policy and reporting for investigations that he and his teams present to state legal systems. As the director of staff development, he builds capacity plans and ensures policy upholds compliance and patient care safety. This has led to his understanding to the needs of hospitals, clinics and mental health facilities, in staffing and improving operational indicators. Nate brings his connections and knowledge in the healthcare space to structure agreements for our clients that integrate DirectFIL outsourcing and staffing solutions.
Nathaniel holds a degree in Licensed Vocational Nursing with certifications in Intravenous therapy and with a discipline in clinical staff development from EVS, Dietary, Therapeutic, Nursing and administration disciplines.
