Her extensive passion and aptitude for leading sales and distilling contract value, ensures our clients top-line growth, while driving her customers success in KPIs, improving their P&L and doing so with empathy and intelligence. Tina is responsible for negotiating and executing contracts with an aggregate value of over $300Millon in the marketplace, per annum. She is known among the nation’s largest health and well-being employers for driving value but most importantly for her ethics, her compassion for community and her vision behind social good. Her portfolio includes Kaiser Permanente NorCal, Kaiser Permanente National, Blue Shield of California, K-12 Education Sector, Community & County Health sectors. She has unmatched expertise in cultivating high-performing, sustainable teams and the proven knack for transforming ideas and inventions into services that create value and revenue. As a first-generation part-Filipina, Tina naturally resonated with the DirectFIL mission by channeling her enthusiasm into collaborating with our global partners in the Philippines.
