She’s held leadership roles in Strategy, Product and Portfolio Development, IT and Sales for fortune 500 companies including UnitedHealth Group, Optum and recently with AI tech and BioTech firms and managing client success for Kaiser Permanente National, UnitedHealth Care and many more national companies.
She is a relied-on resource to develop products and services that drive sales growth in the Healthcare, Wellness, Technology and AI sectors. She’s formed and led global teams from the U.S, the Middle East, Europe and Asia for the past 10 years with a documented revenue impact of over $5 Billion per annum. She is responsible for personally negotiating contracts with impact in the $100s of millions per annum. She leads teams with empathy and innovation to develop use-cases, product and services that drive revenue for capitalization and investment.
Kessiah is half Filipina and so our Filipino workforce offering(s) are not only a portfolio offering, but a passion she employs to honor her heritage and improve lives globally. Kessiah double majored in theology and computer information systems, receiving honors in her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees. She holds global certifications in Executive management, Project Management, Agile Product Development from PMI and the University of Pennsylvania.
